The Minister of Justice received, Monday, October 4, 2010 at the Ministry of Justice, His Excellency, Mr. Boris Bolotine, Ambassador of Federation of Russia to the kingdom of Morocco. During this meeting, both sides discussed ways of strengthening judicial cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Federation of Russia. Were Present at this meeting, by the Moroccan side, officials from the central administration of the Ministry of Justice.

The Minister of Justice received, Monday, October 4, 2010 at the Ministry of Justice, Baroness Pauline Neville-Jones, British Secretary of State for the Interior, in charge of Security. During this meeting, both sides discussed ways of strengthening judicial cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Kingdom, particularly in criminal matters.

The meeting was crowned by the signing by the two ministers of two judicial conventions, the first relating to judicial cooperation in criminal matters, the second, relates to extradition.

The Minister of Justice, Mohamed Taïeb Naciri, met on Wednesday, 22 September 2010 in Rabat at the Ministry, each of Mr. Abd Rahman Bully ,First President of the Supreme Court in Burkina Faso and Mr. Erian Traore, the Prosecutor General at the same court. The meeting was devoted to discuss ways to promote and develop judicial cooperation between the two countries.

Mr Mohamed Taïeb Naciri, Minister of Justcie of Kigdom of Morocco, and Mr Ernst HIRSCH BALLIN, Minister of Justice of Netherland, Signed a judicial Convention of cooperation on penal matters between Morocco and Netherlands.

The meeting focused on the policies adopted by the United Nations Development Fund for Women to support the efforts made by the Ministry of Justice to apply the family code through the project "support the family law sections for the application of family code"

By invitation of the Hague Conference on International Private Law, a meeting of the Working Party on Family Mediation took place in Gatineau, Canada from May 11 to 12, 2010, to develop the principles for establishing family mediation structures, particularly in the context of international child abduction and removal by one of the parents to a country other than the country of the child’s habitual residence.
