Rabat declaration:
This Declaration was adopted at the conclusion of the Fifth Conference of Justice Ministers of French-speaking African countries to activate the universal instruments against terrorism and crime. The Declaration contains recommendations that are aimed at strengthening cooperation in combating crime.
