The meeting focused on the policies adopted by the United Nations Development Fund for Women to support the efforts made by the Ministry of Justice to apply the family code through the project "support the family law sections for the application of family code"

By invitation of the Hague Conference on International Private Law, a meeting of the Working Party on Family Mediation took place in Gatineau, Canada from May 11 to 12, 2010, to develop the principles for establishing family mediation structures, particularly in the context of international child abduction and removal by one of the parents to a country other than the country of the child’s habitual residence.

This meeting was devoted to study a number of topics related to the working conditions of lawyers. The minister of justice also held a working meeting with judicial officials of the jurisdictions of Beni Mellal, during which He was given a presentation of the activities and the efforts undertaken by the different jurisdictions to improve their performance.

This meeting was devoted to discuss ways to strengthen judicial cooperation between the two countries through completing the study of draft bilateral agreements, and activating the memorandum of understanding signed between the ministries of justice of both Morocco and Russia. It should be noted that experts of the two ministries held several meetings in order to prepare draft conventions relating to judicial cooperation in civil and criminal fields .

Agadir -21- 5-2010 The Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Taib Naciri, paid a working visit to the appeal court of Agadir. The justice minister held a meeting with officials of the Court of Appeal of Agadir, and launched the modernization program in the appeal court and the first instance court, as well as the mediator institution. He also delivered an opening speech for the training seminar for the appeal court lawyers in Agadir.

The Minister of Justice Mohamed Taib Naciri participates in the opening works of the conference organized by the Moroccan bar Association on the : "News of the law regulating the profession of lawyers and the requirements of the period".
